This year, German renewable energy company Enercon celebrates 20 years of wind turbine sales and installations in the UK. Commissioned by Enercon to produce a film to commemorate the occasion, our Scottish film makers at Metro Ecosse needed to cover a lot of ground to capture just a small sample of the Enercon’s wind farms in action across Scotland.

On July 13th, we were delighted to work with event designers Mango Pie again at London’s National Portrait Gallery. The corporate LGBT Party aimed to celebrate gender diversity within the corporate sector as well as raise awareness of teen charity Mermaids which provides a range of services for young people and parents of children who feel at odds with their birth gender.

Having asked viewers to nominate their favourite health professionals for the show’s Health Awards, ITV’s Good Morning Britain reserved the prestigious Hilton Park Lane for the final awards ceremony. Metro Broadcast was asked by ITV’s producers to stage the live event, hosted by ITV’s Susanna Reid and Piers Morgan and filmed for broadcast on the following morning’s show.

This year’s event took place at London’s glamorous Connaught Rooms where our Project Manager Grant Mitchell worked with ITV’s production designers to install the staging, sound, lighting and AV for the star-studded event which was to run live to camera for broadcast on ITV Lorraine the following day. In tune with the latest high street trends, the theme was all things floral.
